An Integrative Play Therapy Approach
I am formally trained in:
Child-Centred Play Therapy
Filial Play Therapy
Learn to Play Therapy
While each of these approaches offers powerful and evidence-based ways of supporting children and families, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. Every child is unique, and their therapy journey should reflect who they are and what they need.
My integrative approach is guided by current research in play therapy, attachment, neuroscience and developmental psychology. This ensures therapy is not only deeply relational and child-led, but also grounded in evidence-based practice that supports measurable outcomes in emotional regulation, behaviour, relationships and wellbeing.
